Today is Monday, and we woke up to snow! It’s another slow cooker kind of day—this time, pot roast! I started by seasoning about 1/8 cup of flour with Slap Yo Mama and Kinder's 'The Blend' seasoning. Then I lightly coated the chuck roast and browned it on all sides. After that, I put it in the crockpot with two chopped carrots and four chopped red-skinned potatoes. I covered it all with the beef bone broth I made a while back and added a sprig of rosemary and thyme.
That’s all I’ve got to offer today. No parenting hacks, no words of wisdom. Just trying to learn to accept that I might be the villain in someone else’s story—and that’s going to be okay, right?
